Im Mittelpunkt stehen hierbei theaterpädagogische Methoden für die Generierung von Text- und Bewegungsmaterial durch das Ensemble, die szenische Arbeit und die Schauspieler*innen-Führung bzw. die Feedback-Kultur. Diese Fortbildung soll die Theatermachenden in ihrem Prozess begleiten.Diese Fortbildung ist Teil einer zweiteiligen Fortbildungsreihe. Inhalt: Die Aufgaben der Fachbereichsleitung sind komplex und erfordern unterschiedliche Kompetenzen, die oftmals erst in der Ausübung dieser Funktion erlernt, optimiert und professionalisiert werden. In dem ersten Modul werden die häufig vielfältigen Rollen und Aufgaben von Fachbereichsleitungen auch im Zusammenhang mit der eigenverantwortlichen Schule im Mittelpunkt stehen. Um dem Anspruch, den fachdidaktischen Diskurs in der Schule zu gestalten und die fachliche Qualität zu sichern, zu genügen, müssen Fachbereichsleitungen über vielfältige Kompetenzen verfügen: Sie müssen z.B. Konferenzen strukturieren und leiten, Methoden der Gesprächsführung beherrschen, Kollegen beraten, Projekte managen und mit Konflikten umgehen können.
